Intern of Corporate and Investment Banking Department
Function Positioning
The purpose of the internship is to enable the intern to gain experience in the practical applications of the theory knowledge that she/he has already acquired and to obtain new knowledge and skills. The key focus of this internship is learning.
Assist in implementing related requirements of credit business and Legal & Compliance under the department guidance of the relationship managers. At the end of internship that the intern is enabled to improve the knowledge and better combination between theory and practice.
Assist the Corporate and Investment Banking Department in terms of credit and compliance management with department guidance and supervision, to enable the intern to gain the basic experience of corporate banking business and basic knowledge of compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Under the department guidance and supervision;
- Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from several departments;
- Assist in relationship managers to complete credit due diligence report and archiving management;
- Assist relationship managers to complete annual rating and credit limit;
- Assist in Post-loan management on corporate credit business;
- Assist relationship managers in account opening and daily settlement;
- Assist relationship managers in KYC due diligence, annual review and information update;
- Assist to carry out data search and material collection;
- Perform research at a supervisor’s request.
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;
- Entry-level knowledge and skill at the Bachelors or Masters level within specified area of professional specialty;
- Ability to understand and follow complex, detailed technical instructions.
