1.Senior Relationship Manager 

Maintaining and establishing the business relationship with high-quality corporate and FI customers and developing the business opportunities in the field of credit, deposit and investment banking. The function reports to the Corporate and Investment Banking Department Head.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining effective communication with target customers and current customers to develop new business. Providing the customers timely with qualified services, financial products and solutions;
  • Establishing a wide and frequent communication mechanism with the main local banking institutions and agencies to explore syndicated loan opportunities;
  • Providing clear and thorough responses to potential inquiries by customers on product and services description, functionality, requirements, risks and risk mitigation;
  • Independently preparing client meeting materials, in coordination with product partners and presenting them to clients and prospects. Drafting call reports after the meeting;
  • Responsible for credit investigation and management, such as customer’s annual rating, credit limit, loan quality classification; prepare related report and update all related information into the bank’s business system;
  • Daily operations such as business system operation, corporate deposit taking and account settlement; paying attention to the operating conditions and account variation of customers, providing timely customized suggestions;
  • Responsible for AML analysis as required by the Legal and Compliance Department, including KYC and KYT analysis, blacklist checking, annual review, etc.;
  • Responsible for archiving paper files and electronic files of credit business;
  • Responsible for the analysis of market, sectors and potential clients;
  • Carrying out the strategy of the bank.

Competencies

  • BA or MA degree in Corporate Finance, Business Management, Economics and other related studies;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, Chinese is a plus;
  • Over 5 years’ experience in the banking industry;
  • Good networking with corporate clients and syndicated loan- teams of banks locally and globally. Capable to explore new qualified client independently;
  • Ability to work unsupervised with own initiative and ability to work in a team;
  • Capable to conduct sufficient research on the local market;
  • Communicate effectively and professionally;
  • Be responsible and proactive. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Well organized with the capacity to prioritize tasks.

Knowledge and skills

  • The function requires comprehensive knowledge and wide practical experience across a number of financial services, including settlement business, investment banking, credit business, trade finance, cash management etc.;
  • Experienced in office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT etc.;
  • Sufficient knowledge of Anti-money-laundering relevant legal, regulatory and statutory requirements;
  • Sufficient knowledge of financial analysis and risk control.

2.Administration Assistant

The function is responsible for managing issues relating to the office building, purchasing office furniture and office supplies, and contacting local institutions. The function reports to the General Administration Department Head.

Responsibilities

  • Arranging local affairs for the Branch and employees;
  • Coordinate with vendors for administration service providers;
  • Managing issues relating to the office building, including coordinate facility maintenance,  etc;
  • Vehicle Management, including company car and parking space of Branch management and related policies;
  • Managing office supplies and equipment, etc;
  • Track office budget and ensure efficiency in expenses;
  • Assist in managing security issues;
  • Assist in organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities;
  • Other temporary tasks of the department.

Knowledge and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred;
  • More than 3 years full-time proven working experience in office administration and/or HR support roles;
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
  • Familiar with Dutch culture; Dutch -must and Fluent English (written and oral), Chinese preferred.
